How this works (everyone)
3 buzzes = room time is up. 1 buzz = next round has started.
Tap the red Enable sound button once — browsers block audio until you tap, and it confirms your volume is up. (After that it works as a test button.)

Rotation roster
One line per room: room: person (or room, person). Line order = rotation order — each round, the person on a line moves to the next line's room, and the last line wraps to the first.

Admin guide
Roster: one room: person per line, in rotation order. Rounds come from it automatically — Start runs one full rotation, and editing the roster mid-run adjusts the remaining rounds and everyone's now/next. With no roster the timer runs until you stop it.
Start restarts from round 1. Pause freezes every screen (button becomes Resume). Skip phase jumps everyone forward. Stop ends the run (asks to confirm).
Rooms online shows which rooms have a live timer screen; wrong-person reports appear at the top of this panel until you clear them.
